Stage 1_____ Discovery
An initial meeting to understand your vision, brief and your budget. Our focus is on functionality and aesthetic aspiration. If you are looking to furnish your entire home or add pieces to key rooms, we can curate furnishings, art and objects that will enhance your spaces.
Stage 2_____ Concept
We establish spatial planning and big picture visual direction for your project. We develop design further moodboards and concepts ideas
Stage 3_____ Design Development
We further develop your design with visual designs and materiality
Stage 4_____ Procurement
We procure your selected pieces and liaise with al stakeholders to make the process flow.
Stage 5_____ Styling
We offer a complete service and place your new furniture in you home to ensure the origional vision is realised.
PROPERTY STYLING
OUR PROCESS.....
Stage 1_____Consult
We meet onsite to get your brief, do a check measure and photograph, and determine the strategy for the best approach for the target market. We also have the ability to store vendors furniture if required. This is stored externally and paid separately to AF Interior
Stage 2_____Quote & Engagement
We issue a quote which includes and list of all furniture, accessories and art per room. The quote will also include the design and logistics cost for installation and the removal of the furniture after the campaign. Once confirmed we issue an invoice to secure your project.
Stage 3_____Design & Curate
Using moodboards and spatial planning, we design your spaces ensuring the scale , orientation and furnishing are in aligned with the architecture and target market. Our design is based on appealing to a broad target market and not to the vendors personal preferences.
Stage 4_____Installation
When our designers and logistics team arrive onsite, we style your property ready for photography. Styling can take from 3-5 hours on site depending on the size of the property.
Stage 5_____Furniture Removal
Once the property is sold, we liaise with the agents to arrange access to remove the furniture. If we have stored the vendors furniture, this furniture will be returned on the same day that we remove our furniture.

Stage 1_____AF Concierge provides full personalised service offering to trades & design services to home owners and people getting their home ready for sale. Its a stress free process and with experience, qualified professionals. This service is offered via our prefered real estate partners
Stage 2_____SITE VISIT Our trades team will meet you onsite at your property to get the scope of works and timeline to have your property presented at its best.
Stage 3_____TRADES Our project manager will liaise with the trades and schedule them in to attend site to compete works.
Stage 4_____PROPERY STYLING Now your property is looking great, our interior designers can come in and style your property with hand selected furnishings and accessories to present your property at its best
Stage 5_____NEXT STAGE Our service takes you to your next home. If more maintenance is required, a new kitchen ora new bathroom or even new furniture, our qualified interior designers can transform your new home
